“What's the best way to customize checkout page in shopify non-Plus plans, that doesn't look like a shitty design? I am building a brand, but the checkout page seems too boring and I can't afford two grand a month. Do you have any workaround to make the checkout page attractive other than paying for Plus?”
Rr/shopify· Cannot customize Shopify checkout page attractively without upgrading to expensive Plus plan
“Landlords with a few units: how do you track who’s paid and who’s late?”
Rr/Landlord· Landlords with a few units need a way to track which tenants have paid rent and which are late.
“Your reviews are the most honest market research you'll ever get and almost nobody uses them for anything except feeling good or feeling annoyed. Copy in your Google, Facebook or wherever reviews, as many as you can: Here are all my reviews: [paste them]. And here's my current website copy: [paste it]. 1. Tell me the top five things customers praise, using their own words, and how often each comes up. 2. Tell me the top complaints and how often each comes up. 3. Compare that to my website. What do customers love that my site barely mentions? 4. Rewrite my headline and first section around what customers actually value, using their language. 5. Draft a short, non-defensive reply to each negative review that hasn't been answered. Don't invent praise or make claims the reviews don't support. Step 3 is where it gets interesting. It's really common for a business to lead with the thing the owner is proud of while every review talks about something else entirely, like how quick you reply or how you explain things. Customers are telling you your pitch. Read the review replies before posting them. You want them to sound like you, not a customer service script. I'm building a library of workflows like this for the jobs small businesses still do by hand, [here](https://www.promptwireai.com/templates).”
Rr/smallbusiness· Business owners need to analyze customer reviews to identify what customers love and complain about, then update their website and draft responses accordingly.

“Hey! For some reason I'm in charge of creating a better process for daily reconciliation but I keep running into obstacles. We have 19 bank accounts for each entity. Originally, we've used google sheets (company loves google sheets) and the accounting team are responsible for various types of deposits. Some of our deposits are net of the fees, some are just a 1-1 match. Lately, management has us utilizing an automation program to transform our posting data into journal entries into Intacct and match it with the bank feed. However it's a hot mess in terms of deposits in transit/advance/intercompany, etc. And a lot of adjustments are needed to fix the postings. Just curious if anyone else out there has had any luck transforming their daily reconciliation practices? Any advice is needed!”

Most product ideas start in a brainstorm. The best ones start in a complaint thread, a frustrated review, or a question nobody has answered well.
NicheGaps reads those conversations at scale and groups them into opportunities you can measure — so you start from evidence of demand, not a hunch.
